Welcome to Voyager City!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Voyager City website (the "Website") and mobile application (the "App") (collectively, the "Services") operated by Voyager City LLC ("Voyager City", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable UAE laws and regulations. You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Voyager City. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services. Voyager City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account or restrict your access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason permitted under UAE law, including but not limited to:

• Inactivity for an extended period of time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.

3. Content

The Services contain content owned by Voyager City or licensed to Voyager City from third parties (collectively, the "Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Voyager City a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content in connection with the Services, complying with UAE data privacy regulations. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license to Voyager City.

You agree that your User Content will not be:

The Services display tours and activities offered by Voyager City and third-party suppliers. Voyager City does not guarantee the availability of any particular tour or activity. Availability is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Booking Process:

When you book a tour or activity, you agree to follow the booking process outlined on the Services. This may include providing your name, contact information, payment details, and any other required information in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.

4.3 Third-Party Suppliers:

Some tours and activities may be offered by third-party suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that Voyager City acts solely as a booking agent for such tours and activities and is not responsible for the performance of the tour or activity under UAE law. The terms and conditions of the third-party supplier will apply to your booking.

You agree to pay for all tours and activities booked through the Services. We offer a variety of secure payment methods through the Services, compliant with UAE payment processing regulations. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with your bookings.

5.2 Payment Processing:

Voyager City uses a third-party payment processor to handle all financial transactions. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment processor, which must comply with UAE regulations.

Prices listed on the Services are subject to change at any time without notice. The final price for a tour or activity will be confirmed during the booking process.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyager City regarding your use of the Services.

Voyager City may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
